Quaglino’s is delighted to announce the appointment of Federico Pasian as their new Head Mixologist. Originally from Milan, Federico joined the bar team this summer. Before arriving in London, Federico lead the team at Paradiso, Barcelona, listed 67 in the World’s Best Bars in 2017 and most recently he was Head Bartender at The Mandarin Oriental 5* Hotel, Barcelona. Federico will oversee the creative concepts behind Quaglino’s cocktail menus and will lead the delivery of the bar’s new menu, launching in September 2018.

Federico’s unique style began developing from a very young age, when his passion for gastronomy and the different tastes started flourishing. With a creative flare and an appetite for new flavours, Federico has expanded his experience by undertaking various seminars and training courses with the Italian Bartender Association (AIBES), the Italian Sommelier Association (AIS) and the Hoffman Hospitality School in Barcelona.

With a decade of international experience, working in Italy, Spain, Ukraine and the Canary Islands, Federico is ready to impress the bar’s customers and introduce something different to the Mayfair hotspot.
