The Strawberry Daiquiri is one of those drinks that will sell all day long. It was one of the sweeter drinks introduced by the founder of TGI Fridays to bring women into his bars so the men would follow (though I doubt Fridays claim to have created the drink).
Generally served blended and frozen, it’s a must know drink for any bartender.
Serve in a stemmed glass, ideally a Poco Grande (Pina Colada) but often a wine glass stands in just fine.
