Pete Tilly created the Mauritian Sunset for the competition, his take on the classic Old Fashioned. His drink was presented at the Manchester heat of the Gold of Mauritius national cocktail competition in Cane & Grain.
The Mauritian Sunset Recipe
- 50ml (1½oz) Gold of Mauritius
- 10ml Port
- 5ml Mozart Chocolate liquor
The Mauritian Sunset is served in an Old Fashioned glass over a 3″ ice sphere with gold leaf.
