Established in 2014, BartenderHQ is all about bartenders helping one another to raise the bar in the hospitality industry.
We started out as a place for bartenders who wanted to move their game to the next level to learn and share ideas. Since then, we’ve added a podcast, YouTube channel and much more. We share recipes, news and our opinions on the state of the industry, as well as guides on how to make your bar better and further your bar industry career.
In 2017, Samuel Boulton, The Vermouth Ambassador joined us as a key member of the team, bringing a wealth of bartending and industry experience. His expertise in niche spirits and fortified wines is well respected across the UK and the world. With Samuel’s help, we’re building the most comprehensive index of vermouth on the internet, with first hand tasting notes for each. If we’ve not had the bottle in our hands and tried it, its not going in.
We document our travels around the UK and beyond as we visit breweries, distilleries and other suppliers to the bar industry, as well as some of the best bars in the world.
