Gabry Carnaghi of St Paul’s House, Birmingham
Gabry moved from a little town outside Milan, Italy. Working with The Edgbaston Boutique Hotel in Birmingham for a while he learnt the true extent of his abilities and push himself from every angle.
Since then he as kept pushing his progression and worked with Michelin chefs such as Glynn Purnell, and has now settled in a new venture Saint Paul’s House where is work on sustainability has become a light house for the Birmingham bartending scene.
Gabry Carnaghi’s Cocktail, The God’s Nectar
- ¾oz (20ml) Noix St Jean
- ¾oz (20ml) Bacardi Carta Blanca
- ⅜oz (10ml) Local Honey
- 2oz (60ml) Pineapple Juice
- ½oz (15ml) Lime Juice
Shaken and garnished with Red Ribbon and Edible Gold Flakes
Inspired by someone close to his heart, Gabry decided to create something and dedicate it to them. Letting his feelings and creativity take over, the result is called “The God’s Nectar”
