Banana Blues: Gold of Mauritius
Kazim created the Banana Blues for the competition. His drink was presented at the Manchester heat of the Gold of Mauritius national cocktail competition in Cane & Grain.
Banana Blues Recipe
- 25ml Fresh banana puree
- 50ml Gold of Mauritius
- 18.3ml Creme de Cassis
- 12.5ml Liquor 43
- 25ml Lime Juice
The Banana Blues is shaken with ice and double strained on the rocks in an Old Fashioned glass, garnished with two speared banana cylinders.
